Ingredients:

  • 2 kg spare ribs
  • ½ cup Fancy Molasses
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • Sliced chives
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard

  1. Place spareribs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked. Prepare sauce while ribs are cooking. Mix the next five ingredients together. Place the cooked spareribs on a foil covered cookie sheet. Pour sauce over ribs.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce as they are cooking. Garnish with chives.
